Our First Division Player Of The Month Is....

From now on, we will have our own personal player of the month in each division starting with Cathal O'Connor of Monaghan United.

The First Division Player is judged by John O'Shea. And the Premier Division player will be judged by Adam Kelly.

He was the heroic goal-scorer in United's semi-final triumph in the Ea Sports Cup against Premier Division Side side Dundalk earlier in the month. He struck a sweet shot in the 86th minute to break the hearts of the Louth people.

This was an amazing achievement as that is the Mon's first ever final, and it could come as a unique double if they win the League Cup and Promotion to The Premier Division
